The old guy doing the karaoke was horrible I asked him for a song I wrote it down and after an hour I asked him when I was next which he replied to "Don't tell me how to do my job" totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Spent over $300 to be treated like this . The waitress was amazing loved her but he has to go too much ego for such a small person . I order nachos and my chips were soggy.. enchilada sauce did not taste like enchilada sauce, tastes like Menudo sauce, just didn't taste right, rice had no flavor. Disappointed with lety's today. I ordered chilaquiles to go which already come with eggs. They didn't tell me over the phone that they are currently charging an extra fee for eggs because of the shortage. When I picked up my order I saw she was charging me $2.06 for two eggs and asked her why she didn't tell me over the phone? She said "the fee is because of the shortage." I said "I understand but why didn't you tell me so that I could have the option to skip on the eggs?" She didn't answer my question again but said that they're only doing it for two more weeks. But that's not the point, the issue is they're not communicating this with customers so we can choose not to order that certain dish or skip on whatever item they're overcharging on. read more

Placed an order for a vegetarian burrito and nachos; the entire order was incorrect. The nachos were a cold pile of chips with only a few beans and lumps of cheese that didn't smell fresh. COVID-19 phase: My mother called and ordered 2 grilled chicken tostadas and instead of the tostada to have it in a bowl w/ flour tortillas on the side. The worker was very kind and said it would be 20 minutes. We went to get it! The worker was masked and very kind and welcoming! The order was ready and the worker wished us a good day after asking if salsa was wanted and he put some in the bag. The restaurant was clean and well taken care of! My grilled chicken bowl was delicious! Wow! Fresh and tasty! Even better with the salsa, guacamole and flour tortillas! Yum! My mother said hers was good! She enjoyed it too! I went in on Saturday to purchase a 32oz tub of refried beans for my grandparents. Restaurant was small, simple and customer service was nice and friendly. She helped with any questions I had, helped with my purchase and I was on my way. My grandparents live about 10 minutes from there and when we opened the refried beans they had an odd smell to them and had a sour taste. They tasted like beans that were left out or had gone bad. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know, she was kind and told me beans were made that morning and it could be "the chicken base smell". She told me she would gladly give me a refund if brought it back in. I didn't want to risk getting anyone sick so I went to the restaurant and got a refund. I give them a 2 star because of their customer service, she was quick to remedy the situation and was kind throughout the whole process. read more

Wanted to like this place, but it was nasty! We ordered through Uber Eats. It was the quickest delivery ever, but that's where the happiness ended. The chimichanga was dry and greasy and stuffed with mostly rice. The "cheese" on top and in the bottom of the container looked and tasted like the drizzled grease or Manteca over the top. Tasted like an item that had been sitting around for hours in a food booth at the fair. Gross. No salsa provided at all either. The app to order is messed up. First you pick the "two item combo", but it still makes you pick ANOTHER item. It thinks the combo is one item. So, we picked "tacos(2)" and "enchiladas(2)" and put in the instructions that we wanted a combo, ground beef taco and cheese enchilada. We got two ground beef enchiladas. They tasted bad, the beans were dry and old. We will never go back. Gross! read more

Ordered the nachos, a regular burrito and a super burrito on Door Dash. My dasher's name was Tom. Cool guy. The super burrito had the same amount of meat as the regular burrito what makes it super one might ask? My guess is the amount of rice as there was twice as much, that's what gave the super burrito it's size. Had I been in the restaurant myself I would have asked for my money back. It was THAT disappointing. Other than that though the food was delicious the flavor is all there and the salsas are spicy. I really enjoyed this place, friendly staff and accommodations for vegetarians. The food was great!

Food was pretty bland and bad. The red salsa was the only redeeming part of the meal. I had to douse everything in the salsa just to eat half of it but i couldn't even finish it. Tacos were SUPER dry. Service also needs work. The server at the front was sweeping when i came in, that's fine i get it. But i saw my order sit in the window for like 5 more minutes waiting to be bagged while she continued sweeping. The place itself if whatever, not the nicest but not terrible. Overall, i came here because the subway in the same parking lot was closed, i wish it hadn't been. I would just go somewhere else next time. read more

My friend recommended I order the Cubana torta so I had it delivered tonight. It was crazy good. I don't even know what all was on that sandwich but it was a great combination of flavors. From what I could tell there was sausage, egg, bacon, and some fried meat with lettuce, avocado, tomato and onion and some sauce. Might have been some chorizo as well. Super flavorful. It was honestly a bit much for me but meat lovers will dig this! It's pretty rich so I had to eat half and come back to it, but it was really tasty. Since moving to this part of Fresno, Lety's has become my go-to for Mexican food. Whether dine-in or take-out, I always get wonderful service. The food is delicious, portions are large, prices are good, and atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Worst Mexican food I have ever had. And my order was WRONG. Ordered taco & cheese enchilada combo and got 2 tiny, dried up ground beef enchiladas. Weird runny beans and OLD rice. No sauce on the enchiladas. No salsa or hot sauce was included. Hubs ordered a chimichanga that he said he didn't like the taste of. This was thru Uber Eats. Not a good experience. I stopped by because I have an assignment and wanted to try out their food to be able to talk about my experience. I got to interview Raul Salvado, manager, who put the menu together and let me state that he was very friendly and explain thoroughly each question I had. Everything on the menu was truthful, fresh and menu was very clear and understood it fine. I tried the 2 chicken enchiladas with a chile relleno that came with beans, rice and small portion of salad. I was offered multiple times more water, staff was very friendly and polite. The enchiladas were delicious, made per request the way I like them. What was not fully cooked was the chille relleno, I could not cut with just the fork I was given but overall the flavor of the chile relleno was delicious. Additionally, I didn't read if my plate came with tortillas I would think the plate did and the staff forgot to give them to me. I don't care for tortillas but maybe other people would. I gave it a 4 star because the sauce on the enchiladas was okay, not the very best but delicious enough for me to come back. First time trying it by the way. read more

The good: First off, the food here is delicious. It's one of the few Mexican food places that my wife and I both agree on. The service is also fantastic, and the server never lets my drink get empty and is super friendly. It's also very reasonably priced. The meh: You don't get chips and salsa by default, which is kind of a bummer. But they are free if you ask for them (or maybe just really cheap? I didn't really check). Menudo is really really good here!! I always call ahead of time and order and the girl that works there is extremely nice and the service is always good. The flavor in the menudo reminds me of what my grandma makes and for a restaurant I think it is flavorful and authentic. Horchata appears to taste freshly made. For a 3 taco plate with rice and beans, you're running like $12. Not bad for a huge mountain of food. No really, just get them. I Homer Simpson drool when I think of them. The place is never packed and I can't understand why, their food is amazing. I love the sopes and enchiladas, and holy guacamole the super burrito is smothered in chile verde and feeds 2-3 people. I haven't tried everything on their large menu, but everything I've tried has been scrumptious. I always get take out and the wait is usually about 10 minutes. I've been to several taquerias on this side of town and, in my opinion, this place has them all beat. read more

Crazy Bernie is a big fan of this little gem at Ashlan and West! Can't believe this is the first time we've ever eaten here. Great prices and great food with good chips and salsa and a very friendly girl named Yoli was our server. She was awesome and so was the food. I had a chicken burrito that was delicious.
