Nightmare! Whatever you do DON'T handover the keys to your property to these thieves! I have not been able to access my property for nearly four years. I signed a three year contract with Letting Intl for them to manage my property. The contract expired March 2014 and yet I still HAVEN'T got my property back, I can't access it to see if there's any damage, and I'm constantly fobbed off by the staff. WHEN WILL I GET MY PROPERTY BACK???? Meanwhile I'm losing out on money every month - I can't afford this anymore. The tenant committed credit fraud under my name but Letting Intl couldn't care less.
