My friend had a membership and said they are currently offering a back to school offer where $65 pays for a whole year of access. A day pass was $8. They had a ton of indoor exhibits from a fire truck, giant water table, market, stage, treehouse, vet shop, pizza shop, and even a crafts room (requires adult supervision). Outside, they have a playground, mining area, balancing beams, and more. The kids loved playing here and were entertained for at least two hours. It's great for all ages as well. It can sometimes get busy on weekends but we went on a weekday at open and had most exhibits to ourselves for the first 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Most of the foam blocks, you know, the ones used to catch you after jumping, or falling, are either disintegrating, leaving the jumper covered in pieces of foam, or all together missing. See: Balance Beam. The young girl working the counter had the personality and people skills of a toaster. Too busy either on her phone, trying to conceal it, yes, we can see you, or complaining about God knows what. The younger guy they was walking around was at least friendly. The caramel Thai chili sauce with the pretzel sticks was surprisingly tasty. And , shocking to me, less spicy than the cheese sauce. You all probably need to: 1- have your servers tell people that IF they purchase game cards, there is a new card fee associated with the cards... AND 2- tell people that "suggested tips" do include game card purchases. My game card purchases came up to $96 for 3 cheap cards. My food and drink purchase came to about $54. So a grand total of (after 5.5% tax added to the entire charge- apparently this is subjective to the location (city/county determines) if tax is applied Gamer Cards. My bill suggested approximately $27-$33 based on the entire total including gamer cards. Even according to AI, standard is on food/beverage purchases only. However, to have your servers tell people, it gives them forewarning, if I had been forewarned, I may have considered more... but then, like I said, when I needed the server, Tiffany, I did not see her for about 20 min. So, I did 20% on the food bill. Providing the math on the receipt. Later (about 15 min, while we were gaming), I looked over, and I saw the server sit down at our booth with her hands in her head. Seriously, was she really expecting tip of approx $30 because of the gaming cards???? If so, I'm sorry to disappoint.

I ordered tickets for a "tailgate" sponsored by Event USA, $100 each, so I expected something real nice. Wrong! A guy playing really loud music in a hotel ballroom, no place to sit. Overcooked and scorched breaded chicken, nice brats, and a pile of hamburger meat etc for "nachos". No game day vibe. Btw, nobody communicated how to download the tickets for this either. Most restaurants don't even offer that, so major kudos to the staff for thinking of this. This is easily a must-do family stop when in Green Bay and I hope it continues for future generations.
