As soon as I realised I'd left the items there, the hotel traced them and sent me details of how to get them directed to my h ome via MBE in Portugal. I deal with Maria who was efficient, helpful and thorough from start to finish. She made the process of completing the information on the form so easy - because in fact once I'd sent her the details she offered to fill it in for me.
