We love this spot! We camp here every year when we come up from Montana for the dragon boat races. Sites are clean. Hosts are lovely! Big happy trees to provide shade.. You always see a staff member picking up around the campground or cleaning that pool. We come here year after year and have never been disappointed !!!! Will continue to do so. read more

Very well managed and maintained, the staff are very friendly and helpful. This site is conveniently located with access to central Lethbridge and easy highway access to explore the many parks and points of interest that are within 90 minutes of this campsite. (Waterton, Writing on Stone, Frankslide/Crowsnest, Head Smashed In, the US Border etc). Facilities include bright, very clean coin laundry & shower rooms. One of the nicest pools I've seen at a campground and a playground suitable for younger tikes. Very family friendly atmosphere. There are several golf courses within close proximity, and the Japanese Gardens, out door waterslides and shopping is less than 10 minutes away. I feel the added price for the site is justified for the level of upkeep on the main campsite. The cost and proximity to the highway may be a detractor for some, but if you are in a pinch to find a campsite...this location had ample accommodations. Loads of full-service pull through sites and the power only and power/water sites are largely vacant. Just note: this site is located next to a very busy highway, it was not an issue at night, but not terribly relaxing when sitting outside. We were out sightseeing most everyday, so wasn't an issue for us. read more

The club house is fun with games to play like pool and shuffle board as well as a book exchange we needed a late check out and they accommodated us We had a great time and very much enjoyed our stay. read more

Harassed by staff all weekend, expensive, owners are rude and unreasonable. Will never stay here again. Quiet time begins at 10 which is the earliest ever. Not allowed to have more than 1 item with legs on the grass. Cant put anything in the ground to secure a screen room etc. Only allowed 1 vehicle on site and you havre to register a visitor and they cant park at your site. Kept pulling another visitors sewer hose out of the ground even though it was a sealed unit. I get that there are rules but these people were constantly driving around and checking stalls. One of the most expensive RV parks I've stayed at in the US and Canada. Extra charges for booking online,extra for pets, extra for showers. Store was empty...staff seemed incompetent. Park and staff need a complete overhaul, especially with the amount they charge. read more

April 2018 Would be less than 1 if that was an option - arrived to find out an additional reservation fee of $6 was automatically charged to our Visa - a fee what we were not told about prior to making the reservation - it was not the amount but the principle - in speaking to staff they quoted policy and did nothing to rectify our concern. The next issue that we were informed about is the Men's Washroom being out of order for renovations -their solution - make the Women's Washroom Co-Ed - yikes, how is that a solution? And...then, the final straw...oh by the way our WiFi is not working because of a broken modem. By this point we had our payment refunded and moved on. My suggestion for future rv'ers is to not waste your time or energy on this rv park/resort! read more
