Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.

He started doing lawn service for the two properties I have(one being my late mother's) and the other my husband's and my private residence. He was doing a great job, until about a month ago.
