He started doing lawn service for the two properties I have(one being my late mother's) and the other my husband's and my private residence. He was doing a great job, until about a month ago. That is when it went downhill.( if it wasn't me inquiring through text when next mow would be, I would have not heard from him at all.I don't take kindly to being ghosted by my lawn professionals.) I am a pretty understanding person, if you just come to me and tell me what is going on, we can work something out. But he has failed royally in obligation&communication to the customer. In the beginning I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and we discussed what needed to be done, both my husband and I thought he had a full grasp of what we expected, apparently he did not.
