This was my first time to try out their wax bay after going through the Wash bay. Most likely due their own calibration failures to their automation, and all around failure at decent business practices, Jason Few is "sorry" for my negative experience as I am sure he is for so many other customers that go back for years it appears like. Aside from being way overpriced for an automated car wash, they could care less about your vehicle or what may happen to.it while under their care or lack of! They even have a happy hour price on weekdays after 5 pm. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cons: Today there was only one attendant working the car wash bay. We had to wait until he went to help someone at the pay machine then come back and let us in the bay. Overall I like Bebo's and I will be back in the future.

Maids ala Mode are exceptional and just get better with each visit. The billing is all pre-set to a credit card which is very modern and easy. You are sent email reminders (maybe too many) and a copy of the invoice electronically. It is very handy and all of the staff radiate pleasantness and courtesy. My ladies are my "regulars", which is great since I am often home when they are here. They work well together and just bring a lot of positive energy through the door when they arrive. I forgot about the actual work! My standards are pretty high and I live in a large home with all sorts of nooks and crannies. It is always spotless, shining and smells probably a bit like Heaven when they leave. They clean things that frankly I overlook or just disregard, and my bathrooms are almost too clean to use. The kitchen is the same. I cook all of the time and the chances of my sink ever looking that clean on my watch is zero. Part of my household is a very ragged 22 y.o. cat. They clean up all of his fur and even work around him when he can't get up. How sweet is that? Except for too much e-mail (maybe 5 per visit) Maids ala Mode is a home run for me.
