If it were possible to give minus 5 stars I would - First of all I placed an order on July 3 for some shirts to be ready for August 27(almost 2 months). About a month and a half went by, still no word from Lester Trophies so I went to see them. They proceded to tell me that they lost my work order. I then asked the lady could they still get my shirts by the 27th of August and she said yes, so I gave them a second order with all info, drawings etc. Another week and a half went by. The 27th of August came and still no word from Lester Trophies so I again had to call. A man answered and I gave him my info and he said he would have to get someone else, I assume someone in charge, and I use the word loosely, so another man answers. This man proceeds to tell me they would need more info, ythat the shirts were not ready although they already had all the info I could give them, drawing, colour, size, etc,. This man then told me he could not hear me over the phoneREALLY!!!! so I discontinued the conversation. I suggest if anyone is thinking of using this business, think long and hard. read more
