I needed some last minute followers done for a funeral and Leslie's Customer Floral was kind enough to accommodate my 3 orders. They kept in great contact with me during the process and the flower arrangements came out beautiful. Thank you for making my vision come to life. I requested flowers around a picture I provided them and it came out way better than what I envisioned it. The flowers were nice and fresh. read more

HORRIBLE ! MY husband order from their for Valentines day and I didn't get my order. Next day went to the florist shop was told they were out for delivery. As I'm not from Delano they offered to drop it off to my home to later get a call to go meet them to get my order. still waiting for my delivery. Will never deal with this company. Frustrating to not get my Valentines order on that day. read more

I placed a phone order for a bouquet delivery. The service was excellent, I provided the occasion, color scheme and price range of what I wanted to purchase. I asked if they would be able to send a photo of the completed order and they agreed they could. This was very appreciated, it's nice to see what your loved one will be expecting. When I requested to change the delivery time, they agreed with no hassle. I am very satisfied with my order and service I received. read more

I ordered a corsage here that was listed on their website, I called to ask if they could make it and I was told they could. I picked it it up and it looked nothing like what they advertise. It was horrible....they offered to retry to make it but it was even worse the second time. Waste of 30 dollars; I do not recommend this place! Save your money! read more

Called in for a special wreath in memory of our grandmother. Called the day before after other florist who shall remain nameless called us the day before to tell me the wreath is ordered from them couldn't be prepared after all. Mind you, they had two weeks to figure this out. Leslie's to the rescue. They gave us exactly what we envisioned it was beautiful and so worth the price. They delivered on time without issue. Thank you for making this special for us. They are the best, so courteous, and helpful. I'd recommend them for any flower arrangement or plants. read more

Another beautiful arrangement sent to my Mother for her birthday! Great service over the phone (I live hours away), and great speedy delivery-- arrived exactly when I expected it to and my Mother was happy! Nothing better than putting a huge smile on her face for her birthday :) Price is a bit up there but it's what's expected for a large arrangement. (Don't forget to budget for the $5 delivery charge!) Photo of Fall arrangement from today! (Oct 2017) read more

Worst delivery service ever!! They notified me that my flowers are on the way. Then over an hour later. They came by but we weren't home. I called the store beforehand that we were stepping out and also called the driver. But of course the driver won't answer the phone. So I told them to re deliver it ASAP and now I'm here 3 hours later..the store won't answer it's phone now. I'm very upset with their service. The driver needs to communicate better with their customers. Ruined my anniversary. So an update and the owner was sincerely sorry that she waived the delivery fee but I did have to pick it up myself. The reason for this nonsense was cause the delivery person was new. They need to do a better job at hiring and I still don't understand how a person can't just answer a call or return a call. This is very important. read more

My 5 stars is for the helpful costumer service I received when I dropped in there for a quote on flowers for my destination wedding. The young lady who helped me was so nice, I was able to sit down with her, show her pictures and tell her the type of flowers that were going to be used and she had no problem helping me and answering any questions I had, even though I was not purchasing from them. With customer service like that I will purchase from them and refer friends and family to them! read more

These people have the best flowers in town; good customer service and some really fresh flowers! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place is the best in town, they have the freshest quality and all custom made... The designs are unique and soo different compared to some other flower shops in town that don't really care what they send out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone cause they r the best! read more
