I provided a price point and colors and they created a beautiful arrangement! I asked the flowers to be delivered at 530pm and they delivered at 530 Pm! Will definitely be using Leslie's Custom Floral for all my floral needs!

I placed a phone order for a bouquet delivery. The service was excellent, I provided the occasion, color scheme and price range of what I wanted to purchase. I asked if they would be able to send a photo of the completed order and they agreed they could. This was very appreciated, it's nice to see what your loved one will be expecting. When I requested to change the delivery time, they agreed with no hassle. I am very satisfied with my order and service I received.

HORRIBLE ! MY husband order from their for Valentines day and I didn't get my order. Next day went to the florist shop was told they were out for delivery. As I'm not from Delano they offered to drop it off to my home to later get a call to go meet them to get my order. still waiting for my delivery. Will never deal with this company. Frustrating to not get my Valentines order on that day. read more

Called in for a special wreath in memory of our grandmother. Called the day before after other florist who shall remain nameless called us the day before to tell me the wreath is ordered from them couldn't be prepared after all. Mind you, they had two weeks to figure this out. Leslie's to the rescue. They gave us exactly what we envisioned it was beautiful and so worth the price. They delivered on time without issue. Thank you for making this special for us. They are the best, so courteous, and helpful. I'd recommend them for any flower arrangement or plants. read more

Worst delivery service ever!! They notified me that my flowers are on the way. Then over an hour later. They came by but we weren't home. I called the store beforehand that we were stepping out and also called the driver. But of course the driver won't answer the phone. So I told them to re deliver it ASAP and now I'm here 3 hours later..the store won't answer it's phone now. I'm very upset with their service. The driver needs to communicate better with their customers. Ruined my anniversary. So an update and the owner was sincerely sorry that she waived the delivery fee but I did have to pick it up myself. The reason for this nonsense was cause the delivery person was new. They need to do a better job at hiring and I still don't understand how a person can't just answer a call or return a call. This is very important. read more

My 5 stars is for the helpful costumer service I received when I dropped in there for a quote on flowers for my destination wedding. The young lady who helped me was so nice, I was able to sit down with her, show her pictures and tell her the type of flowers that were going to be used and she had no problem helping me and answering any questions I had, even though I was not purchasing from them. With customer service like that I will purchase from them and refer friends and family to them! read more

Established in 1978.

First established by Leslie Adams in the late 70's, Leslies Custom Floral has been a big part of the Delano community. Not only are we the leader in the Florist industry in The Central Valley, our involvement with all the different non-profit institutions and charitable donations to our churches, police department, High Schools and Elementary Schools have won us the hearts and loyalty of our customers. After Rosa Kaehler took over in 2003, she expanded the business and added 3 other locations including Visalia and Fresno. She was able to do this by first establishing the biggest imported and distributor of fresh flowers in the Central Valley located in Bakersfield. Leslies Custom Floral is by far your best choice for Florist. Either small or big, Leslies Custom Floral will work on your budget to give you the most flowers for your money.

Meet the Manager: Rosa K.

Purchased Leslie's Custom Floral in 2003 and work at it as their head designer and general manager. Rosa has since then, made it into a house name for the whole community of Delano and has turn their name into a Chain of stores in the Central Valley.

Big, bright yellow sunflowers were used for our Breakfast Back-to-School event and they were beautiful! All of the flowers were fresh and there were more than 30 tables set with at least three sunflowers per table. I was amazed at the quality of the flowers in comparison to the quantity of flowers used. Unfortunately, I didn't win a vase but I did enjoy the sight of them.
