She stays up to date in education regarding real estate trends & changes, as any time I have a question she provides new insights even though I try to stay well-versed myself as it's a special interest. I went to her to see a better view of my options moving forward. I trust her to give me her professional opinion which will benefit me best, rather than working on lining her pockets (weird phrase but you know what I mean): caring & not greedy.
