Got a flat tire on my way from Kalispell to Missoula and needed some serious help. The only spare I had in my trunk was a lame donut tire, so I was calling around trying to find a local place I could get good tires for a decent price. The people at Les Schwab seemed busy but they still took me and didn't take long to replace 3 tires, and they did an awesome job. They seemed like they were very professional and really cared about their customers. Every person I saw them interact with was a very genuine experience. I love when I see that in places because it is something that is hard to come by! Thanks, Les Schwab! read more

our camper got a blowout between Colombia Falls and Polson, called Les Schwab and verified they had the tire we needed. We got there and they instantly came out to help, TJ was awesome and efficient and had us out in 30min; decided to get 4 new tires instead of just the 1. We were on the road in no time. Genuinely grateful for their work ethic!! read more

I had called ahead of time and asked if they could get me in and they said yes. When I got there the guy who was supposed to help me told me that my tires would not fit and they did not have time to help me. Even though the tires I had were the recommended size for the year and make of my vehicle. I felt like that guy just did not want to help me specifically. I chanced my car over there because I thought that they was going to help me. I had to drive my car home with the wires showing and could have popped my tire and ruined my rim. read more

Recently visited Les Schwab as my truck was vibrating when driving on highway. I called and was told that can just stop by and they would take a look. Everyone was super friendly. They even have a popcorn machine in the waiting room. But I didn't have to wait. One of the mechanics came out to inform of the problem and how much it would cost before they did anything, which I thought was very practical. I don't believe it was more than 30min and I was on my merry way. Will definitely recommend for your auto needs. read more

Bought my winter tires here. They did awesome in the snow we get here. When it was time to change over for the summer I bought new tires for that here too. I went with the ones they recommended and am very impressed. They're so quiet and are wearing nicely. Even better, the free warranty they come with! Thank you Les Schwab Tires for your fast, friendly service. read more

We've been on a road trip from Louisiana for the past two weeks. We're on our way to Whitefish but noticed one of our tires was low about 15 miles back and we didn't want to risk going too much farther. In less than half an hour they got us taken care of and the tire was patched. The store and bathroom were clean and nice as we sat with our two kids waiting and allowing a little WiFi time. The staff were all very friendly and the price was super fair. We'll likely never need to be back to this store but for others who are local or traveling through, I highly recommend! read more

Traveling from California had a tire issue they fixed in 15 minutes, and had me back on my way. If I lived closer I would definitely return.

Everytime I come here I leave pissed off, their prices are too high and they always try to upsell you stuff you don't need. This time I just needed my stuffed tires already on the weekend put on, after waiting over an hour they told me I had to buy lug nuts or they wouldn't do it... Then even though I bought the times from them they also charged me for putting them on. Could have done everything at home for free and will next time. read more

I came in to have my summer tires put on, and they told me it would be $220. Ended up going to TireRama in Kalispell instead and they charged me $82. read more

I took two 13 inch boat tires to your shop in Polson my and they wanted to charge me forty dollars for each tire to put they on my boat rimes because I didn't buy the tires there. I told them they were out of there and took them else where for thirty four dollars. I will never say anything good about your company or service. read more

Great service! Guys were friendly and explained what we were getting. On top of that they were fast to get us taken care of. Definitely bringing our other cars back there read more

When we arrived we were told 1 hour wait and after 2 hours our pickup never moved. We finally decided to go see what the problem was and were told that they supposedly had lots of help yet nothing was getting done and that it would be at least another hour wait. Just got keys and left! Les Schwab has become a very lazy business and their tires are shit. ( this was only for a rotation and balance) daily routine work for them supposedly. read more

Les Schwab Tire Center - Tires Near Me - Polson, Montana

I took my car in because it was making a squeaking noise in the front tires. I didn't have to make appointment! I was out in half-hour. They pulled my tires and cleaned drums. Their employees were very friendly, and courteous. I wasn't charged any thing for what they did!!! I strongly recommend any body who has any problems with their car/truck to go there.... Three thumbs up for Les Schwab! Thanx Guys!!!!! read more

I've done business at the Les Schuab in Kalispell but I was in Polson a few months back and decided to check this store out. I'm glad I did. The staff here is very nice. They waived the fee on the tire rotation for me, which won me over for any future business. Besides this tire center is so quick. I've never had to wait more than a half hour for work to be done and I'm back on the road. Today we came in and bought a full set of tires and are very happy with the service. Definitely worth the drive to Polson. read more

Moved into Mission Valley 20 years ago, Les Schwab has been my go to tire store. From day one they have been courteous and helpful. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty as far as making sure I got great service and a good price. Even when I bought a couple of good used tires for my rig, they were just as helpful and provided free service when I had trouble with one of the tire seating right, ...and when I had a puncture flat, even with used tires I got free service on that! Great place to do business! read more

worst customer service ever. bent the fender of my car in order to make the tires fit and told me this was standard. when I complained they agreed to fix it but made me stand outside because they didn't like my attitude. Jason the manager is terribly rude. read more

My wife and I were recently in Polson to visit family when it came to our attention we had a flat tire. After calling AAA, the tow driver recommended Les Schwab. We had never been to one before, but quickly realized that we were missing out. The guy came running out, quickly fixed the tire (I had run over a nail) and to my absolute shock when they pulled my car up front and handed me the keys told me there was no charge!!! We couldn't believe it! They refused all our offers and just said they'd like us to consider purchasing our tires at Les Schwab in the future. Well, you can count on it!!! Thank you Les Schwab! You guys are great! read more
