I had called ahead of time and asked if they could get me in and they said yes. When I got there the guy who was supposed to help me told me that my tires would not fit and they did not have time to help me. Even though the tires I had were the recommended size for the year and make of my vehicle. I felt like that guy just did not want to help me specifically. Recently visited Les Schwab as my truck was vibrating when driving on highway. I called and was told that can just stop by and they would take a look. Everyone was super friendly. They even have a popcorn machine in the waiting room. But I didn't have to wait. One of the mechanics came out to inform of the problem and how much it would cost before they did anything, which I thought was very practical. We've been on a road trip from Louisiana for the past two weeks. We're on our way to Whitefish but noticed one of our tires was low about 15 miles back and we didn't want to risk going too much farther. In less than half an hour they got us taken care of and the tire was patched. The store and bathroom were clean and nice as we sat with our two kids waiting and allowing a little WiFi time. The staff were all very friendly and the price was super fair. We'll likely never need to be back to this store but for others who are local or traveling through, I highly recommend! read more

Everytime I come here I leave pissed off, their prices are too high and they always try to upsell you stuff you don't need. This time I just needed my stuffed tires already on the weekend put on, after waiting over an hour they told me I had to buy lug nuts or they wouldn't do it... Then even though I bought the times from them they also charged me for putting them on. Could have done everything at home for free and will next time. read more

I took two 13 inch boat tires to your shop in Polson my and they wanted to charge me forty dollars for each tire to put they on my boat rimes because I didn't buy the tires there. Got a flat tire on my way from Kalispell to Missoula and needed some serious help. The only spare I had in my trunk was a lame donut tire, so I was calling around trying to find a local place I could get good tires for a decent price. The people at Les Schwab seemed busy but they still took me and didn't take long to replace 3 tires, and they did an awesome job. When we arrived we were told 1 hour wait and after 2 hours our pickup never moved. We finally decided to go see what the problem was and were told that they supposedly had lots of help yet nothing was getting done and that it would be at least another hour wait. I took my car in because it was making a squeaking noise in the front tires. I didn't have to make appointment! I was out in half-hour. They pulled my tires and cleaned drums. Their employees were very friendly, and courteous. I wasn't charged any thing for what they did!!! I strongly recommend any body who has any problems with their car/truck to go there.... I've done business at the Les Schuab in Kalispell but I was in Polson a few months back and decided to check this store out. I'm glad I did. The staff here is very nice. They waived the fee on the tire rotation for me, which won me over for any future business. Besides this tire center is so quick. I've never had to wait more than a half hour for work to be done and I'm back on the road. Today we came in and bought a full set of tires and are very happy with the service. Definitely worth the drive to Polson. read more

Moved into Mission Valley 20 years ago, Les Schwab has been my go to tire store. From day one they have been courteous and helpful. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty as far as making sure I got great service and a good price. Even when I bought a couple of good used tires for my rig, they were just as helpful and provided free service when I had trouble with one of the tire seating right, ...and when I had a puncture flat, even with used tires I got free service on that! If you go down a hill near Polson Les Schwab and your car starts to shimmy and shake. Take it to Les Schwab and they will sell you a set of tires and tell you that it will solve the problem and send you on your way..and oh..your brakes are fine and get an alignment within a month or so. Bit of wear on inside front tires. Coeur d alene les schwab said..brakes are totally worn out on front wheels. This all happened to my niece when she was returning from Montana to Coeur d alene Idaho. Gist is..sell tires ..they solve all your vehicle problems.. Nor more Les Schwab for me. read more

My wife and I were recently in Polson to visit family when it came to our attention we had a flat tire. After calling AAA, the tow driver recommended Les Schwab. We had never been to one before, but quickly realized that we were missing out. The guy came running out, quickly fixed the tire (I had run over a nail) and to my absolute shock when they pulled my car up front and handed me the keys told me there was no charge!!! We couldn't believe it! They refused all our offers and just said they'd like us to consider purchasing our tires at Les Schwab in the future. Well, you can count on it!!! Thank you Les Schwab!
