the store had a wide selection of beautiful yarns but the staff was very rude. when I entered they did not acknowledge me even as I tried to get their attention. the woman finally attended me but gave little to no assistance. when she did not have enough of the yarn I wanted she did not offer other alternatives and she just walked away. after a while I decided to leave and I say merci. she did not respond so I said goodbye. and them she looked up and replied goodbye. I was clearly not welcomed there. I'm glad I did not buy anything from her! read more

I found a project I just had to make, so of course I needed yarn. I had a very specific palette in mind, and none of my go-to shops had what I wanted. By a stroke of luck, I found Biscotte Yarns online, and they had the palette of my dreams - it was EXACTLY what I had in mind! Vibrant, affordable, luxurious, and superwash (essential when you have a small, messy child always climbing on you!). Free shipping on some orders and free winding! This is a good store for those new to knitting or on a limited budget. It's in a shopping mall…read more The yarns are almost entirely Phildar and Paton acrylic blends. There is a tiny selection of hand-dyed yarns but they are hung up so high that the store clerk will have to bring them down just for you to look I'm a hardcore knitter who loves to pet yarn. This store was not the right store for me. It's more like a boutique version of Michaels.
