We had the most wonderful 10 days at Les Hiboux. We did not know what to expect but found Tim and Ellen on this very site - and the reviews are spot on! The farm is lovely, our home was exceptional with four large bedrooms and an incredible kitchen. The grounds are beautiful -- with an in-ground trampoline for the children, a gated pool, ping pong, pool table, foosball, sheep, a coy pond, play structure and more. It was fantastic to have our children be able to wonder the grounds with the other children staying in other houses and not worry at all! We arrived late on our first evening and Ellen had an amazing dinner waiting for us. We have two children and celebrated our youngest's third birthday there with others we had met. Tim and Ellen even baked a delicious cake. They are most gracious hosts and are available to answer any questions and made perfect recommendations. They are attentive but also give guests space - they strike a perfect balance. Ellen recommended a day trip to Ile de Re and it was perfect - definitely do this while there. We cannot wait to return!
