There was parking nearby which was staff. Staff were friendly. Our room was nice and even though there was no AC, they did provide a fan and the windows opened very wide so sleeping was comfortable. Bathroom was nice and we appreciated the hair dryer that was provided. Breakfast was included and was very nice. It included eggs bacon sausage pastries cereal etc. I would stay here again.

The meals at the Bistro and the Panoramique Restaurant were exceptional, and the bar had a good selection. The entire staff was cheerful and helpful. It was only a twenty minute drive through the country to get to Monet's home in Giverny, one of our top destinations on our trip from the US to France.

Our reservation was for 12:15, but we weren't even let in until 12:35 because they "were not open". When we finally got in (there are 6 of us) we basically got ignored once we sat down. It wasn't until 30 minutes later we got our drinks and water. Basically the entire meal took forever and they didn't really "wait" on us. We arrived a little early so the staff welcomed us to sit inside their cute parlor, where we were served 3 amuse bouche dishes, a mango drink, and water while waiting for our table in the dining room. The snacks were delicious and was a great start to our meal. Shortly after we were taken to our table, where the server brought more amuse bouche for us as well as homemade bread and butter. Wished the bread was warmed and the butter wasn't creamy (a bit bland and hard to spread). We ordered some white wine by the glass and the sommelier picked a delicious one for us, one of the best white wines i've had! For appetizer I had the langoustines (5/5), my main course was the sea bream (5/5), and dessert was the almond panna cotta (5/5). Everything was delicious and well made, not too heavy considering it is classic French food! My hubby had the cod (4/5) which was good but a bit on the bland side, it wasn't as tasty as the sea bream. All of the ingredients are locally sourced from Giverny and on site (herbs, veggies). We really loved the meal and the service! Highly recommended - the prices are amazing compared to US for a Michelin star meal! And they gave us so many complimentary amuse bouche, during our main and after dessert!

Olivarius is my home away from home. Every time I'm in Paris, I've been staying at this hotel for…read moreover 5 years so I think it's about time I have an official review. Breakfast! Breakfast! Breakfast! One of the main reasons I continue to stay here is the breakfast. They have any type of jam your heart desires (literally every fruit), every spread for your toast, many bread selections (baguette, croissant, pain au chocolat, small bread bites), fresh cut fruit, every cheese ever, a lots of meats to choose from, boiled eggs, various cereals, juices, teas, and coffee. I'm sure I'm missing a few items but it's such an impeccable breakfast that I can't remember every food. Breakfast is served from 5-10 but the earlier you arrive the better so you don't miss out. Location: about an hour away from Paris with the RER. 45-60min driving depending on traffic. 10-15 min walk to the mall (Trois Fontaines) and grocery store (Auchan). 8-10min walk to the restaurants at the dock (left coming out of entrance and keep going until you reach T then make right). Highly recommend going to the dock!! Very cute area Staff: The staff is amazing and although English is their second language, they always try their best to accommodate and make sure I'm well taken care of. If you need more blankets, pillows, or towels they will provide without questions. There is always an attendant at the front desk so it's very safe and you need your room key to get in and out of the actual hotel. If you forgot it, they will buzz you in. The rooms are named after country capitals which I thought is very cool. There is an outdoor patio that is very relaxing. There are a few lounge areas on the 2nd floor as well. Rooms: I've stayed in 3 types of rooms here. All of them have comfortable beds, even the pull out couch that some rooms come with is pretty comfortable. The smaller rooms that fit 2-4 ppl have an open shower but you can pull the walls on each side to close it. The floors are concrete so it can get a little chilly but I love cold rooms so not a problem for me. The windows do open so you can soak up that Parisian air. There are many outlets all around the rooms. Lobby: They have a full bar and fridges/freezers full of snacks, drinks, ice cream, etc. They also have main hygiene items in case you need like toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, nail polish remover. They have a laundry room but charge 2€ for every load but within that room, they have an iron and steamer that's free. The only thing I'm not so fond of is the lobby "closing" at 11. We are usually up later than that so it's annoying that we cannot sit in the lobby to talk, but the night desk attendant usually isn't too strict about it unless there's this one security guard who doesn't play any games.
