Amazing chef, 17 years he's been here, in front of his stoves, producing some of the most clever food we have ever enjoyed in France.
Frog legs and snails, in a cream sauce. Let's start there. Very interesting and oh my gosh, is that rich tasting and chewy and so flavorful.
Every dish we enjoyed and we enjoyed 3 each along with some great glasses of wine. Friendly, professional service, and a charming location off of the main restaurant street on the island.
