Now the mammogram room is inside of their offices, so there is no need to go to a different building. Last visit, they explained why having a baseline is so important, so I feel so glad to know that I will never 'forget' to get a mammogram or have to allot extra time to get one, and that the results of being with the same provider are beneficial. The mammogram was fast, painless, and I didn't have to go through the whole undress and put my things in a locker process. Then, for my yearly appointment, I finally saw Dr. Siegfried again after 20 years, and she's still awesome! Thorough, patient, compassionate, and so easygoing and easy to talk to. I was impressed with the ease of discussing menopause options and the almost immediate follow up with my pharmacy. Thank you!

After raising this concern, I was assured it wouldn't take that long again. Yet today, I spent more than 30 minutes waiting in the exam room and still hadn't been seen. I understand that medical offices can experience delays, but this has become a repeated problem, not a one-time inconvenience. Patients' time matters too. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office to anyone who needs reasonably predictable appointment times.

Dr. Isdith was the only doctor that listened to me and didn't dismiss my concerns, and because of that, I finally learned the cause of my problems, which was an autoimmune disease. I am grateful for this good doctor. She is one of the smartest doctors and also one of the kindest. I'm thankful for Dr. Isdith. Also, I appreciate the women who work at her office and her nurses who take my vitals and assist with procedures. Everyone seems to be efficient and professional. The office is also clean and have lots of hand sanitizer around the waiting room. The good doctor is also obviously very experienced, she took out a tiny birth control implant from my arm with ease and calm that you would absolutely want from your doctor/surgeon. We had a little bit of a wait before we were called in, but we were very pleased with the front desk, medical assistants and our provider Akilah Sabassa APRN. Everyone was very professional and caring especially the provider. The office was very clean and nicely decorated. They even had coffee and water available while we waited. We found out later that we had an issue with our insurance, but the billing department was good enough to work with us because of our situation. Thank you ladies.

I made my appointment short of two months in advance but had to call back about a week before my appointment to reschedule. Again, the customer service was top notch. Fast forward to my appointment day... Everyone in this office was extremely nice and polite. The nurse that took my vitals and verified my forms and health history was very thorough, explained everything in detail and was super friendly. Dr. Patel came in, introduced herself, verified all of my information and asked several questions about my history and health. She has great bedside manners, made me feel so comfortable, answered all of my questions and took her time doing so. I honestly loved my experience and can't recommend her enough.
