A critical quality of Riley's house washing is the use of relatively low pressure wash streams. In contrast, most other firms use very high pressure washing machines that will damage vinyl, wood and even brick surfaces; in fact, one firm that cleaned our house 20 years ago actually blasted right through window seals and the front door gaskets such that chemical-laden water was spraying right into the living room.
