I'm located on the east coast, more than 1500 miles away, and needed to have this done in time for me to fly out to pick it up. Doug went above and beyond in rearranging his schedule to make this happen, and was always a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. The price quoted was absolutely fair for the amount of labour that was involved in performing a full evaluation of the Jeep. Fortunately there were no serious red flags with the vehicle, which allowed the sale to proceed but he did find a few issues that the dealer will address before I pick it up. A big thanks to Doug and his wife. When I pick the Jeep up I will stop down to personally thank him and shake his hand for going out of his way. While there are many honest and skilled mechanics out there, one that offers excellent customer service and goes above and beyond in a pinch is a gem to find, and Northland Performance is definitely a gem.

Got it back, drove halfway home and the power steering quit working. Took it back to them and they said they forgot to tell me to bleed the system. Bleeding the system is part of the process. It shouldn't be my problem. Clowns. Got it back again and had the same problem again. Took it back again. Hopefully it's fixed this time. Clowns. 6 months and 4500 miles later I take my truck in to find out my NEW rack and pinion is shot. Likely due to negligence at the time of installation. Called good ol Northland and Derek said he would warranty the part but not the labor. Asked why not and was told he wouldn't honor the labor cause I gave him a bad review 6 months earlier. Wow,What a waste of time and money this experience was. Not recommended. Clowns

I was recently visiting Bismarck from Grand Forks and when I went to leave town I discovered a very…read morebad coolant leak. I called around town and not many shops could work on diesels (2005 Duramax), or if they could they were booked out a week and up. I got in touch with Advanced Fleet and they said they were also booked out but understood my situation and they were willing to at least diagnose the issue if they had time that day. I arrived and they shuffled vehicles around and got the truck on a lift, pin pointed it was the water pump. They were booked out a good bit as well to do the work, but they moved appointments around and got me an appointment a few days later. Which no one else in town could do. These guys knocked out my water pump with zero issues and even allowed me to use military discount (as I'm active duty). I was also provided a shuttle service to and from the shop. Can't stress it enough how much they helped me out when I was in a tough spot. Great service all around from everyone there. Thanks again.

Traveling back to TN through ND in our RV the DEF check light came on indicating we had 10 starts…read moreremaining which meant every time we stopped & started the engine the # of starts counted down. If it reached 0 we would be stranded. After phoning a Mercedes Dealer in Fargo & were told they were slammed & couldn't work us in, we started searching the Bismarck area. To our great fortune we talked to Advanced Fleet Services. We were told if we could be there at 7:00am the next morning they would see what they could do. They even said we could overnight in their lot which we did. Mike Goff, front manager, was able to get someone to work on it right away. After 2 hrs - rv was repaired & on our way. We can't thank the great folks at Advanced Fleet Services enough for the caring & professional manner in which we were treated.

Told them if they couldn't do the oil change I would go somewhere else. Dude jumps in my car to take it for a ride?? The only place he had to drive it was in the bay for a 15 minute oil change. What a joke. Don't waste you TIME or money there. Service sucks VERY unprofessional.

*Long but honest Review!*…read more I'm am very grateful for Lincoln Repair. Truly the best shop around Bis/Man in my opinion. Quality work, honest pricing, and staff was genuinely kind to me from start to finish. ill try to briefly sum up the Backstory: My 20 yr old 4Runner had sat since 2019. To sum up reason the reason- a 1500+ "repair" job on wiring, couple other issues by a a local shop left my my vehicle in worse shape than before and undrivable. I didn't know the extent of the damage but I knew this wasnt going to be quick or simple job and to add to that, I needed it to be road ready and reliable for an 800mile one way drive! Immediately after explaining my situation, they had it towed in that afternoon. They called not long after they called to tell me it started right up! It still needed some repairs but the prices were fair, I was kept in the loop every step of the way with what needed to be done, cost, completion time, etc. Lincoln Repair will be my go to shop for all auto needs from here on out! And I strongly suggest anyone looking for a reputable shop take it to this shop before any other!
