After being swindled I was made aware that numerous people have been swindled when this same woman is working. One person was begrudgingly refunded a small portion of the money that stolen from them. No booth number on signs, several vendors in one booth, $1 booth has many items that aren't a dollar are a few examples of the deceptive signage. When I told the owner what I going to do, she asked me to send her a pic when it was completed. She was almost as excited as I was to find this towel and to do something creative with it.
