This place has so much room for improvement. The 1st impression and curb appeal is something to be desired. Over grown brush/grass. Dead bugs all over the door and exterior door windows. The White Shirt and Tux Jacket were filthy. Walk in the door and everyone is in everyone's way. One big room. The photographer today (didn't get her name) didn't care what the pictures looked like. She took about 3 to 4 pictures and said ok, we're done. I went through them and said no we're not, these are terrible. Her response well what do you want to do. I said, Well since I'm the one paying for them, ai want decent pictures. I think in total we may have 1 that will be usable. I do not recommend this place at all. DO BETTER LEONARDS!! read more

Leonard's Photography - Way to expensive - Session Photography Near Me - Tampa, Florida

Another year, another set of horrible, overpriced options from Leonard's. Why do schools contract with this operation? $76 for two 5x7 photos taken at a Title I school, no less. This should be illegal. I feel terrible for the people who pay for the "premium packages" that include classic poses like a kid standing against a tree behind the building, a kid holding a golf ball, or the classic kid with arms crossed in front of a fake brick wall. read more

Horrible and horrendous photos for our senior's photo. And then to see the prices of packages! They are out of their damn minds! The lighting was horrible in the photos, and trying to pick 4 good ones was so hard. Whoever did treasure coast high school, you need some mentoring because it was awful! Thankfully we got some good photos with our own photographer. There has to be other places in the area to do senior pictures. read more

Worst photography company!!! Never trust this company in handling your kid's photo. Chances are you are not going to receive it or receive a different photo. Had to call customer service multiple times. Customer service is horrible. read more

I purchased digital download senior pictures. I NEVER received them. I called and waited for 20 minutes for someone to answer. She then sends me the link but NEVER sent the password for the link!!!! HORRIBLE read more

Received the wrong child's picture communication is difficult hold times are long I wish our school would not have switched to this company

Purchased my sons cap and gown pictures never received them. Called the company they claimed I would receive them. Never did. I called and the representative Hannah was rude and could care less to help with this situation. This is an important milestone and you ruined it for my family we have no photos because you didn't send them to us and now my younger son is graduating and I should pay your company again when I still haven't received photos from 2022. This is sad. Pathetic really This day and age with the cloud storage this should never be an issue. read more

My daughter took her senior cap and gown photos on February 15th. After several phone calls and emails, I finally received the access code to order the photos over 7 weeks later! I was then told it would take an additional 4 to 6 weeks to receive the photos. This is unacceptable! It should not have taken over 7 weeks to receive the access code, and I should not have had to chase them down to receive the code. I was then told I should have received the code in 3 to 4 weeks. This was their error, and they are refusing to correct it. When I asked for expediting shipping, I was told that was not even an option and no one was willing to help. read more

to start off, I took my picture during October. I dislike my photo I called them emailed them so many times that they never reached back to me four months passed by and I finally called them again because I was disappointed with my yearbook photo they finally answer and the lady said there was nothing they can do about it when I've been trying to call them and email them as many time as I could, but unfortunately they failed. so unprofessional like they literally could've just sent me an email back and they didn't. read more

Awful!! School photos came out and looks like the photographer just called my son to look and took the shot in a haste. My kindergartner's hair was even messy. I do not think it's worth the money I paid. I ordered package 3 which includes a digital copy and basic retouching but the picture obviously was not retouched. Also, wrong background! We returned his photos and they received it 1 week ago, until now we haven't heard from them even after multiple emails about the refund. We called them today, Angie and the manager said it would take at least 6 weeks to process refund. Ridiculous! Even banks and stores don't take that long. Also the manager needs customer service training, she's rude. Just find another studio, this one isn't worth the hassle. read more

Got my daughters school photo. Just no time or effort put into it, they essentially just snapped the camera with her hunched over and smiling (she's 4). Absurdly bad for a photography company. Please save your money and just do it yourself, I promise it won't be any worse read more

Awful portraits! Leonards Photography is way too expensive and honestly not worth it. The quality of Leonards products has gone DOWN dramatically! read more

Disgrace! $30 for sitting fee that no one really put any effort into. Just a few camera snaps. It took nearly 4 weeks to see the proofs. Costs are OUTRAGEOUS! I went with just a set a 8 wallets for $71.69 because I really wanted a senior picture of my daughter but I am not rich. There is a 4-6 week processing time for them to be mailed. I spent $101.69 for 8 wallets of one pose that took a total of 10 weeks to receive. read more

They are a conglomerate in Florida and therefore have too much on their plates to give any sufficient time to customers with issues. I had to have my 10th graders photos reprinted 3 TIMES because the "touch up" package I paid for wasn't done. 3 TIMES I emailed, called SEVERAL TIMES and spoke to what I only imagine was a high school kid reading from a manual on how to handle dissatisfied customers. My next issue is that my senior needed more wallets for invitations and announcements and they cannot process them even "rushed" for 2-3 weeks! On top of that, I wanted a copy of her senior pictures in digital format and this was a REORDER that they kept saying is "new." Why 2-3 weeks for a solo photo digitally emailed to me?? We need more companies to compete and drive better customer satisfaction because Leonards is way too overwhelmed and cannot handle anything that is expected by a professional company. read more

I did my daughters senior pictures back in September not only were they insanely expensive for just the digital package was $500. They took whatever pictures they wanted a lot of the pictures. My daughters hair was literally halfway in the air. The day of graduation they took "professional" pictures and reassured the parents. We would have these pictures to take a seat and enjoy the moment. My daughter graduated May 28. It is now. June 17, 2024. I keep receiving an email telling me the pictures are ready and they are not. I contacted the office who is difficult to get in contact with in reference to this. The girl send me a text with a link that the pictures are ready and none of the pictures load. If you can get a professional photographer, then do it don't waste your time with this place. I wish someone would've told me posted a review, warning me. You don't get these memories back and you can't redo them again. This place sucks overall. read more

Wait times are horrendous!! The staff is not helpful when you ask why I'm I still here 3 1/2 hour in. This company is not privately owned, it's one of many offices of a much larger corporation located in Jacksonville Fl. Instead of taking my daughter in for her shoot, they keeper calling for the person in front of her. This lasted over an hour and every time I mentioned that the should skip her and come back to her , cause my daughter is right here. The staff was unpleasant for the most part. Be sure to search google for a discount code otherwise pass on this place. I hate giving bad reviews read more

The new studio is so amazing! My daughters photo shoot was extensive and the shots that the photographers captured were a class act. I highly recommend this company. Professional, be careful of the people who do freelance they just do not have the quality photographers and equipment Leonards has. Dawn Sherman read more

If I could leave no stars I would. This company has stiffed me out of pictures 2 years in a row. Last year my son had his picture taken and they said he never did , when I know he did for a fact because I have gotten his picture taken EVERY year since he started school. They told me if I wanted them I could come to the studio.... Why should have to go to the studio when he already had them taken .... Just find them and give them to me , after all I DID pay for them , so why should I have to pay for them twice, seems fishy to me. This year he gets his picture taken and it is absolutely unacceptable how they thought my son's glasses , falling off his face and hair all a mess when I sent him to school with his hair all nice is beyond me!! I called them up AGAIN like the year before and I asked when retakes where and they said today (12/06/2023) (that's the schools fault for not telling me) so I asked for a refund because really this picture is really unacceptable and I don't have high standards at all my son has autism and never smiles so that's not even an issue but he looks like he just got done having a brawl. Anyway so when I asked for a refund the lady said they cannot issue me a refund because I can't prove I paid for anything even though I still have the ticket stubb from my money order , I was told that's not good enough. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. read more

This spot was awful! My sister had her senior photos taken here as it was required by her school. They got to us 15 min late, and rushed us through the session. They told us they would be providing a necklace for the pics before the shoot, but when we got there they said it wasn't allowed. The photographer lady was super rude and would not do retakes when we asked if she could more pics ( the first set came out bad). Then when we asked for different poses, she made us come up with them while she walked around. I've never had such an unprofessional experience anywhere else and it was a complete waste of time. read more

we waited for an hour to be seen but once we got to the back Leonard was very charismatic and helpful in getting our pictures taken. We got the value package so that included three poses which got about 8 shots each. We got some gems. Overall other then the wait the process was quick and painless. read more

Prepaid for 1 senior yearbook and 1 casual sitting.(a free gift was offered if we prepaid online early.Still waiting!) Waited for hours to take the photos. Photographers were very nice.We were told by the employees that we would receive something in the mail explaining how to order our son's pictures within 2 weeks..never came.Went online a couple of days after the photo shoot and could look at the poses but it wouldn't let us select anything so I wrote down our selections on paper. Waited the 2 weeks and still received nothing.I looked on their website again today and they had selected the pictures for us and when I called them they said it will cost $15 per photo to change it to the selection we wanted. WHAT A SCAM!! Also a package of all the pictures taken will cost over $700.The person answering the phone was very nonchalant. Most likely they get the same complaint several times daily. This whole process has been ridiculous! read more

this is the worst place ever if you want to have your kids pictures taken. poor quality, high prices, i mean it seams they have babies doing the touch ups and for the prices, not up to par with the quality they do. images are suppose to be sharp but if you look closely in the eyes, its blurry, i mean come on. it seams like they hire anyone off the streets and give them a crash course in amature photography, hand them a camera and kick them out to take pictures. ford invented the assembly line to create alot of cars for the masses, that doesnt work for one of the most important part of your kids senior year, they push you through each of the backgrounds without any creativity or care as if they have a timer on you. it also doesnt help that they overbook each day, how can you fit 150 seniors in one day unless they work there employees to death and offer no break to eat or even drink. ive dealt when this company through my child elem to high school, for being a family run company, they only concern about their bottom line, and if someone complains about their pictures, they just through free stuff at you so stop complaining, i guess that works for some people not me. there are so many independent photographer out there that charge a reasonible amount, why not just go to them and get your pictures done, you will be much happier. worst company ever!!! read more

If minus stars were available this place would get them. Of all the pictures I have had taken of my daughter growing up this are the worse that have ever been taken and this is from a suppose professional photographer. If my work was this poor I would have not posted and ask to have you pick which ones. I would have reached out and offered to retake them. This is for the senior pics and yearbook. How do the schools even allow this to happen. Come on parents you do have a voice. tell your school how poor the pictures are and over priced. Maybe the place doesn't know we moved into the 21 century. Who needs that many wallet photos. All I want are the digital pictures and not in a slideshow. Boycott this place and lets take our business some place else. read more
