The firm lacks a process, follow-through and proactive communications, I spent a lot of my time following up because they were not proactive, or they already received documentation but continued to request it. Their 'Office' manager was frequently apologizing for their delayed communications, follow-up, due to being out of the office. The settlement check was promised to be sent overnight but came five days later. Overall, the outcome was a success but I do not recommend this firm when other firms are well-organized, leverage a repeatable process, timely with communications, and set expectations up front around payout, etc.
