The office staff was unprofessional, condescending, and at times downright hostile. I called multiple times needing follow-up and was never called back. When I did manage to speak with someone, I couldn't get a straight answer, and the tone was dismissive and unpleasant, as if my questions were an inconvenience. It's disappointing because the doctors deserve better representation. However, patient care doesn't stop in the exam room, and the lack of basic communication and courtesy from the staff made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not return unless there are major changes in how the office is run.

Same Dr D gave my husband wrong prescription..month and half later Dr had to recheck my husband's eyes said he had to make adjustments to his prescribed lens. Too many fails by Dr D for my comfort and in the end ..doubled my cost for my yearly eye exam. Can't afford his mistakes. I expect quality care from a professional I am going to and paying. The day of her first appointment we were late (I could not find the office), and after I had handed over the MC+ insurance cards and started to fill out the paperwork I overheard the receptionists loudly saying, "We can't take her" and "She was referred" in rather rude tones. There were other people in the waiting room at the time, so this was quite embarrassing to me. And each time my daughter and I were at the office for an appointment, neither Dr. Bennett nor his assistant took the time to explain my daughter's vision with me. I had to ask the ladies in the eyeglasses shop attached to the office (these ladies were wonderful and went above and beyond their jobs to help me, the only good review I will give). As for the glasses... metal frames for a toddler are not recommended, in my opinion. My daughter's glasses broke, and when I called to see about getting them fixed the receptionist rather rudely told me that I needed to bring them in asap or else I'd have to wait 2 weeks to set up an appointment. Needless to say when it was time to set up the recommended 6 month appointment I chose an eye doctor who works closer to where we live. Dr. Bennett's office never did call to see if we were going to set up any appointments.
