Not only a talented photographer, Ana is a pleasure to be around. Booking her was very simple and…read morethroughout the lead-up to our wedding she was clear and efficient, asking what we wanted and guiding us through what was needed to get it. On the day, she was unfailingly polite and friendly to everyone she came across, and yet invisible most of the time. She really just let us, and all our guests, get on with enjoying the day - it was crucial to us that we could actually enjoy the results of all the effort we'd put into planning it, and although Ana was always at our disposal, it was so nice to just let her get on with it! Ana delivered a beautiful set of images that capture many very happy memories - I'm sure we will continue to enjoy looking through them for years to come.

I was interested in hiring a photographer for a family photo session on the beach with our…read moreGrandparents and newest member of our family, born earlier this year. A friend recommended Meagan with Emotive Photography. We are so glad she did!! Meagan suggested a beautiful location with quick access to the beach, so our Grandparents would not have a long walk. She communicated with us from the booking of the appointment up until the shoot, on several occasions. We had a possibly of rain, so she came up with a Plan B. Luckily, we were able to proceed with Plan A, beating the rain by minutes. She took time to patiently work with each member of my family to ensure everyone got the shots they wanted, with each other and the entire group. We are so happy to own all of the sweet photos she captured. She's a class act that I would highly recommend and appreciated her attention to detail, professionalism, kindness and talent!! Thanks Meagan for capturing the moments that will be appreciated for generations in our family!!

I am so amazed by her talent and professionalism - her passion and genuine care for client satisfaction are so clear. She puts a lot of effort into getting a great variety of shots and has a fantastic eye for highlighting the best features. She goes out of her way to create an experience. Her pricing is very competitive, especially when you consider the value in the quality, talent, and overall experience she provides. During my professional shoot, she could tell I was not comfortable with my appearance. She addressed it immediately, and after learning I didn't love how my hair looked, she pulled out her flat iron and fixed it herself. I was blown away at the service. The shots came out perfect, and I received them quickly. I spent an entire day with her for my boudoir session. She provided wine, pastries, and chocolates while I had my hair and makeup professionally done in her studio. She helped me pick out my outfits and made me feel so beautiful and comfortable with myself. She took time to get to know my insecurities and worked with them both while shooting and in editing. She also knew I was trying to give these images to my boyfriend for his birthday less than 2 weeks later, and she made it happen with time to spare at no extra cost. In addition to the digital images for my boudoir shots, Yuliya recommended I get an album. She mentioned the print versions would really make a difference, and she was absolutely correct. The leather-bound album was very high quality and the shots really popped in print. When I gave my boyfriend the album and showed him the digital images, he also agreed the print versions did have a little something extra to them. I highly recommend Yuliya to anyone looking for photography services with a genuine artist/professional. I look forward to working with Yuliya more in the future!
