They had THE BEST attitudes - all smiles, polite, nothing was a bother. So professional; it's really appreciated. They gave us a date that they would drop off our items. Then later told us not everything made it on the truck. We waited 11 days until we had living room furniture, kitchen glassware, and they brought our kitchen table but no legs. And while we checked off items as they came in during the first delivery, the second delivery had all new stickers put on every item. So there was no way to ensure everything that was picked up had been dropped off. I still am not sure we have all our items. We were told by customer service that we could submit a claim due to the delayed delivery. That claim was recently denied, telling us our delivery was not late. Once they get your money (which was requested before the final delivery), they don't seem to care after that. DO NOT USE!

He never got flustered, never complained, and always had a solution. His experience packing PODs for interstate moves was obvious. He knew exactly how to load everything to maximize space while making sure it was secure for hundreds of miles of travel.
