Since I was established in the system, it took less than 20 min to get my 1000 bucks which was in my bank account immediately. I was able pay the mortgage. The Do Not Call Registry doesn't allow for you to report their phone numbers, at least not the ones I tried. However, I was able to add my phone number to the registry (donotcall.gov) and report Capital Loan Center at the FTC website (reportfraud.ftc.gov).
