When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by the person at the front desk. There was not a wait to get to the tellers. The tellers were all very polite, and a pleasure to deal with. I was also able to ask the tellers if they had golden dollars, or $2 bills, as my kids like to have them. If you wanted a specific state coin, they would also check to see if they have it for you. Another note, I also went to the bank, and they prepared my taxes, e-filed them, and did my direct deposit, all for FREE. Did I mention FREE. Better than one of the other places that charge $200 to do the same thing.

There are a very slim handful of helpful tellers. I do agree that staffing and coverage should be better. Whoever determines NFCU interest rates are terrible as I had to transfer investments to other banks offering greater than 5% interest when they change rates at the drop of a hat! The government has kept rates consistent only recently dropping .25%....I cannot wait to have my account make money with another firm!!!

Hard to believe but thats what happened to me at PNC. My direct Deposit works ok, debit card's ok, but when I want to pay credit card with checking account, or school fee with the checking account, it does not work. I started wuth PNC when I was in Pittsburgh (its in every corner there) and continued to use it after my move to Raleigh. And this problem started a year ago. Argues with my credit card company thinking that its their fault, only to find other places showing the same error. And yes, I always had more than enough money for transactions.
