I called this clinic (which I think goes by a different name?) and they offered to check my dog if I got there before closing time. I wasn't far away, but traffic was atrocious and I arrived at about 4:50 in a frenzied state. The staff was very kind and understanding about my tardiness, and the vet himself was amazing. He was calm and gentle and got my dog all checked out and medicated in no time at all. If I lived locally I would make this my go-to clinic, because everyone who works there is just awesome. However, our challenges became increasingly difficult as a result of forced evacuations, relocations and having to continue working from satellite locations. Or sweet pup had only one month with us before she too became displaced and had to adapt to a very transient live style. James has an intuit sense of canine behavior and a keen sensitivity regarding how to balance gentle behavior guidance in alignment with modification techniques. James impressed us with his professionalism & compassion, plus his extensive knowledge and skill. The man knows his business, speaks his mind with respect, and has proven to be invaluable to us as we continue working toward our goal of a Good Citizenship Certification. So even though I tried to set up appointments before we first arrived for a two week vacation it was not possible. And asked what information they needed from my regular vet, paperwork etc...the process was not smooth. Their procedures were cumbersome. Perhaps a designated person for setting up appointments and explaining their policies would have been better. Everything is computerized, text, billing too. But ultimately the staff is great.

They do not listen to your concerns or address them them, especially the manager. I took my elderly dog there for a weak hind end. No exercises no stretching. He just got weaker. For 2 weeks they cost me $700 for nothing but a few minutes ofligh5 therapy I could have done at home. The manager didn't even care. Rehab can be terrific for dogs. Just not at this place. They take your money but don't help in.my experience.
