I went in today so they could fix and I was completely disrespected. Once he began fixing them he said it was my fault because there was a bruise on my nails as he was taking them off and that he'd never seen that so he claimed that is why they fell off. I have had bruises on my nails before and they never came off, and out of the Nails that came off only one of my nails had a bruise so that's definitely not the case. So I tried to avoid his attitude and let him fix them, then I asked for a new set because he was going to leave 3 nails on and I didn't want any nails from the last set since they were coming off. This is when things got bad. He said that those were fine and if I wanted them to fix them he was going to leave those on or he would charge me. I told him I was not happy with the shape because I had asked for thin square and they were too narrow to accomplish that look. Then one of the girls came up and said if I want to change the shape they will charge me extra. Mind you while they were explaining this to me they were very unprofessional. Instead of kindly explaining things to me they automatically thought anything I said was wrong and responded to me very aggressively. I am NEVER one to complain or argue. I respect local business and always try to support them. Family nails responded to me in a way that has never happened before. I own a business and if someone is not happy with their product I always accommodate weather I agree or not. I've never responded in anger to a customer and definitely never yelled at one. They yelled at me, accused me of lying and tried to charge me extra for a problem that was not my fault. I was willing to go back and give them a chance to fix my nails and continue giving them business and that was my mistake. If you are considering getting your nails done here, don't. They have no consideration and they absolutely do not value their costumers concerns. Also they refuse to accept that they did not do a good job on my nails. Obviously they would not have come off in less than 6 days if they did. Then I asked for a refund since they wouldn't fix my nails the way I wanted without changing me extra and she said that since it was a week they can't. It WAS NOT A WEEK since I got them done and I would still like to get my money back.
