I WILL NOT STOP!! What she did is wrong! There is no policy she has in place to sell on eBay while simultaneously selling at her physical store. What happened is mostly likely going to happen again without this policy. Because I purchased it on eBay and she sold the ring in her store and without asking just sent me some piece of trash ring not like the one I purchased on eBay. So for the next person that buys from her on eBay, she may have already sold the ring in her store which means she will just send whatever she wants to you without contacting you first. Which makes you have to pay for the item receive the wrong item and take more time out of you day to return the item and wait for a refund when you could have just ordered something from a more respectable place of business! The purpose of this review is to let people know what a sneaky and shady person Wanda is. I attempted to purchase a ring through her eBay Store and we were in constant contact with each other by email throughout the process. I successfully purchased the ring and she mailed it to me. The problem, she had already sold the ring I was trying to buy on eBay at her physical store and, rather than contacting me prior to me completing my transaction on eBay, she just sent me some ring that looked like the ring I was buying. The ring was a much cheaper version of the one I wanted and the one that was in the pictures on eBay. In addition, she tried to get me to buy outside of eBay by sending a Money Order up to her. When I asked why should would change the eBay transaction to accept money orders her response was, I have done enough already. My opinion is that this deal was very shady and she was being very sneaky. I am just trying to save the next person the trouble of receiving an item from her other than the one that was ordered because apparently she takes it upon herself to just send whatever she wants without contacting you first. It is very fraudulent/deceitful of her to accept payment for a ring on eBay after she had already sold it to me.

Just last week I took my deceased Mothers' wedding/engagement rings to Wanda to be cleaned and…read morerepaired. I was quoted a reasonable price the and the end result was a set of rings in perfect condition which looked new. I also purchased a watch and another ring while in the store at very good prices. No problems here and we were treated very well in all respects.

I dropped my ring off at Michael's for a repair after the diamond fell out of my ring. The staff at Michael's was very kind and inspected the ring to find that a prong was bent. They said it would only take around ten days to repair! I decided to go through with the repair, because all other jewelers were claiming that a repair wouldn't be done until February. I was given a small contract to fill out and sign for coverage on the ring and was quoted a $40 fee for repair! This is a GREAT cost considering there repair would be so quick as well. I had an amazing experience with Michael's and will absolutely recommend them to anyone with repair inquiries!
