The office staff is almost impossible to reach. When it comes to billing and insurance authorizations, unless you are willing to call daily and communicate with your insurance yourself, they will take WEEKS for authorization requests to be sent. This happened every time my child's evaluation was due. Which we never had this issue before kids spot bought out our old office. After getting a phone call the day before my child's appointment saying her speech therapist "just quit", which I doubt because we had been seeing her for almost 4 years, we decided to finally leave. They're a big corporate company and it definitely shows.

You don't find someone like mrs. Deb very often, she was so great with helping me learn ways to deal with a stubborn 3 year old and make progress in our everyday life. I was seeing positive changes in behavior and speech and she was definitely to thank. I knew she was special when she saw my son for free or at a lower rate while in between insurances, because she really cared about his progress and knew it was important for him to continue. She has a heart of gold and I'm so thankful to her for how much she's helped. I am here to show my appreciation for Angelina Terechtchenko, the founder and owner of All About…read moreKids Therapy. Angelina's a Speech Pathologist with years of experience with all sorts of children in need. If you have a child that suffers with shuddering to even not being able to communicate from a Traumatic Brain Injury, Angelina is your therapist. My daughter Bella had a problem communicating and the way she spoke at times kids would make fun of her. She had low self esteem and lacked the confidence to show others how awesome she really is. I reached out to Angelina and within a few days she was able to come to my home and start helping Bella. After working with Bella for a few weeks Angelina was able to boost her confidence and show her the way to communicate which allowed her to open up to others. So again, please follow All About Kids Therapy. The great thing that separates Angelina from the rest is that she comes to you, where your child feels the most comfortable and safe. Thanks Chappies, stay safe out there.
