Despite my communications, I received two emails stating that I had not responded to their requests and that they were closing my case. In response to one of these emails, I sent all the prior emails I had sent showing my attempts to comply and asked for guidance on next steps. I never received any assistance or acknowledgment from them. Their communication throughout this process was extremely poor. They repeatedly sent emails claiming I was unresponsive, even though I was actively trying to work with them. The employees I reached out to multiple times -- Jessica Jimenez, Carly Diaz, and Armen Reganyan -- did not respond to my requests for guidance or help.
