The indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs were a great way to relax and spend some time under the evening stars. And we splurged for a massage in the spa, which was totally worth it! The weather was unfortunately pretty bad, so we couldn't enjoy the town but at least the hotel was so nice that it didn't really matter since we spent a couple of days relaxing instead. We had the indoor pool and outdoor spa almost to ourselves. And the breakfast buffet was amaaaazing. So many delicious dishes to choose from. And the staff is friendly and speaks English. The rooms are comfortable and functional. Breakfasts are second to none! Your can live on this meal through rest of the day. Fresh juices, huge choice of dairy products, on demand egg dishes. Haven't tried the actual restaurant, but one could assume it will match the rest :) The only drawback is the service. Most of the people are new and sometimes little lost. The most lost was manager, who did not know how to handle the pick up bus being late one hour and he escaped before we've arrived. So the regrettably has to take one star away, but hopefully this manager won't last long :)

We are in a room with no balcony and a view of the parking lot which only has one odd window that opens. The thermal pools are fantastic and as a hotel guest, included. We are well fed at one of their 2 restaurants. One is modern and bright and the other is regionally traditional. I prefer the regional restaurant as it has a better atmosphere I think. The smoked sheep's cheese is a regional speciality that I do not enjoy it at all. The hotel room is basic but comfortable. The only negative would be the pillows which are lumpy and uncooperative. The wifi is overwhelmed I think with all the conference goers and does not work most of the time.
