I felt such a sense of relief and lightness afterwards. He really took his time and made an effort to address my concerns (shoulders/neck/arms) which helped me tremendously. Working at a desk all day I have a lot of pain in those areas and I'm used to being able to get regular massages to help. We move a lot for work so it's not always possible but I'm happy to say I've found a new therapist to visit on the regular. He also did some work on my neck with me turned on my side to better access those points which I thoroughly appreciated as not many therapists do that. He snatched my receipt from my hand and then shoved other receipts at me - showing other customer tips. I NEVER went back. It's a shame because I had been coming there regularly for over a year. Tips are great and I always left one - but they are not mandatory. I started to ask him how much of the massage cost he was actually giving to his therapists, but I was done. The quality of the massages vary wildly depending on who is performing them. During a recent massage, the therapist, Dorothy, farted audibly for at least the first ten minutes which was really rude and off putting. Additionally the therapists do not wear shoes. Given that clients are wearing footwear and coming and going to and from the parking lot, lobby, restrooms and the massage rooms, this gave me serious ick as the therapists must have seriously dirty feet by the end of the day. Not planning on going back.
