Both my daughters and I have been patients here. We were seen for GYN care. This office has a few…read moresubspecialties in the office so some days are busier than others. The front office staff has always been kind and even funny at times. The nursing staff goes above and beyond. Very personable and professional. The physicians I've seen, both male & female have taken good care of us. There is a NP that seems a bit pushy and always in a rush. I believe her initials are PD. The other providers have always taken their time and answered all my questions. Their triage nurses are attentive and efficient. They use to have a few amazing ultra-sound techs, the last one I saw was nice but seemed annoyed & in a rush. Not the best social skills. This is where my daughters went for their first GYN appts. We all know how nerve racking that is. One of my daughters has extenuating circumstances that makes a visit like this the ultimate challenge. Her provider was made aware and the first visit was with clothes on and in her office. She was soft, empathetic, listened and offered options to make my daughter feel safe. My other daughter had a totally different exp. She saw the NP mentioned above. She felt strong armed into making decisions on the spot. I was not in the room and able to advocate for her. This visit traumatized her and she hasn't been back. But as I said I have had nothing but excellent care by everyone else over the years. It has been a few years but my fav providers are Dr.S, Dr.M, Dr.T, Dr.K and Dr.B. ***Parking can be an issue. Hard to find a spot in the garage at times (get there early) & expensive. I wish they validated parking. Overall - I highly recommend!

This is a great infusion center with comfortable chairs. My only wish is that they had windows and seating by the windows like some of the other infusion centers around town. Place is a little difficult to find for first time visitors as signs are spread out. Infusion Center is located on 1st floor of building of the Faxton St Luke's building and is down the hall from MVHS Hematology and Oncology group
