Paid $150 for them and even tho I work at a grain elevator, they are advertised as a good work boot.. Well if wearing them to work everyday is classified as abuse then perhaps they shouldnt sell them. The dont hold up. A full replacement of an item that doesnt last AT LEAST 6 months is not out of line. One cannot replace boots at that price of $150.00 every 5 months. They would have given me a 30% credit. In the meantime I have to purchase yet again more merchandise from a store that offers poor quality merchandise. Very dissatisfied. needless to say will not be returning to the store to purchase any footwear. I will be keeping my purchases to a minimum dollar amount there perhaps buying only gloves, candy,...if anything.

Morton County "sheriffs" lied to him that a propane tank he sold maimed Sofia. This atrocity was in fact caused by a police grenade fired at her while she supported the front lines. Not happy with True Value in Jmst. If the guy at the counter had been kind and said yeah " I see…read morethat there's a difference," I would've been OK. But when he gets defensive and says "it's the same formula as you had before." And the other guy says "well you should have read the sign that there are no refunds or no exchanges." OK I get it but can't you see that they are two different colors?" I showed him my picture but he seem to have thought I was making it up. I kindly told him that I probably won't return. I might have also told him that he should try not to get so defensive with the customers he actually told me, " Lady you haven't seen me mad."
