Karen, the property manager was very helpful and kind. i lived right next to the office and it was peaceful and serene. I sat outside in the evening and enjoyed the balmy breezes On my patio. I watched improvements being made weekly and daily. I felt safe there and my neighbors were helpful and friendly neat and clean. Lovely location. I enjoyed my time there. Quick clean up after storms or floods. Helpful with moving and general maintenance. Clean and well lit laundry area.

All of the staff, from front desk to nurses to therapists, were friendly and kind. Most of the other patients were equally friendly and I came to know them well. The food is good and bad. There were some meals that were outstanding and others that were bleh. (For $5 a meal you can join your loved one for any meal). The purpose of this place is to increase strength and the ability to function on your own. This they accomplished with my mother. There is also an area of apartments for those who wish to live there. So many activities: musicians performing, ice cream socials, games and puzzles, a library. I was truly sad to "leave" this place when my mother was deemed well enough to go home. These are truly caring folks and they make life for the elderly much more exciting. I can only hope to end up with wonderful folks as this when my time comes.

One of the most unprofessional and unprepared Real Estate "Brokers" or agents in this area. Our…read morecompany offered her several rental opportunities in March of 2023, all of which she accepted and took payment for. These were for her personal home, condos she owns, apartments she "managed" rentals for, and friends/neighbors she referred to us. In short, she failed to perform in two parts. First, her personal home was so filthy the tenants we aligned walked out on the second day and refused to sleep there. She also neglected to have her home and condos ready at the time frame noted on the contracts. There were numerous text messages before, during, and after the rentals where she admitted that her home was a mess, thanked us for the opportunities, asked for a chance to go home and clean/buy new items and get a last minute tenant back for her, ect. Plus, she had months to prepare her locations. After receiving a letter from attorneys requesting the $6,000+ she was compensated for just her personal home and for an agreement under 14 days, she decided to "get even" by filing a complaint with the Florida DBPR (months later) that was way off base and also personally damaging. Her complaint was dismissed and unfounded by them on 4/10/24. She clearly has no understanding of rental laws in Florida, including Transient Rentals, but "manages" rental locations and willingly accepts payments for others. Avoid this "realtor" at all costs. There are plenty of options for you in this county that know what they are doing, that are professional enough to understand their own career choice, that do not waste state resources and their time, and that are just simply good at what they do!!
