On my first appointment, I was greeted by Tina, the dream receptionist, who welcomed me warmly. Tina's kindness/ positivity radiated, and I just feel cheerier in her presence. After x-rays, several treatment plans were presented without a hint of pressure. "Just let us know if we can be of help." Fast forward six visits, and I am an expert on all things Baum. First off, she has been in the business for years and possesses that ease of manner/ confidence on which patients rely. (She studied chiropractic medicine in the States and acupuncture in China). I've had lower back pain for a year and had orthopedic and GP care with no results. Now with Graybar for 6 weeks and I'm remarkably better--most of the time I have no pain--and I'm constantly improving. I'm 62, in reasonably good health and cannot recommend this practice more highly. I never post reviews on Yelp but this team has improved my quality of life.

Then you're invited to come back in two days to read the x-rays. When you make a trip back then the sales pitch comes. $4000 or nothing. Sign up for the whole program or nothing. Just be aware, going here is like buying a used car. In the initial presentation you are told it'll be a couple hundred dollars a month. Sure if you use financing. The truth is they're trying to sell you a program upwards of $4000. You commit to multiple visits in signing one contract. I think I will stick to legit doctors who allow me to come one session at a time, and give me the freedom to cancel. This is so obviously about obtaining large sums of money upfront from each client.

Went to a foot specialist & was told I have arthritis in every joint in both my feet. He had 3 treatments available to me. First I could try injection into top of my foot to help the pain, I could have the joints fused or they could cut a nerve to stop the pain. I decided to try the injection first. It was very painful, I mean very painful for 3 days but eventually it did help some but the site of the injection, the nerve, remained painful. That lasted about 4 weeks, but I wasn't going to do that again. I felt hopeless. Then I got an invitation in the mail to go to a presentation on how the Fix could help my foot pain. They mainly deal with neuropathy, I thought but maybe I had some neuropathy & they could at least help that pain. I decided to go for a trial. I did not have neuropathy but I was told they could help the arthritis pain. I was skeptical but I had so much relief of foot pain for a good 5 weeks that I decided to go for it. It is expensive & not covered by Medicare or any insurance, but it meant the difference of possibly being in a wheelchair if I didn't do it. So after just a few treatments I was able to walk without pain & now after 4 months of treatment I am able to walk miles, my balance is so much better, pain in my feet is minimal if at all & I can sleep. Now I am on maintenance. I still do the home treatment but only have to go every so often for Softwave treatment. I am so thankful. 5/28/26 5 months later... going every 6 weeks for the soft wave treatment. Still doing well, able to sleep without foot pain & walk as much as I want. Using the red light almost every day ( supposed to use every day) I wasn't able to do the foot bath with stimulation for several weeks but now back to doing that as I can, yet my foot pain was minimal. I am still very pleased & glad I spent the money. So thankful to Dr Russ, Stacey & staff. So kind & professional.

The dollar is mightier than God!…read more At least it is with this office. Pinnacle Family Chiropractic popped up in a Facebook ad one day a couple weeks ago. I clicked on the bait and gave their website a view. On the surface, it seemed like I was about to have an amazing experience. Their in-depth view of all-over care was what I wanted. So, I reached out to them via their "Book an Appointment" link. I received a call back and set up a next day appointment. (It might have been two days) There was no mention of insurance. They didn't ask, and neither did I. I arrived early to my appointment to finish up the new patient forms that I had previously downloaded. -- It is worth mentioning here that page 10 of the 11 forms I had to complete is their Notice of Privacy Practice. Item #3 in the "permitted disclosures" section states that they are permitted to use my personal health information "For payment purposes - to obtain payment from your insurance company or any other collateral source." FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY!! To continue ... Upon arrival, I also volunteered my ID and insurance card, knowing that they would want copies of both. There was NO MENTION of insurance by either Lisa or Nikki. It wasn't until an hour later (after the initial exam but before the X-rays that Dr. Chris wanted to take) when I was presented with a $220 bill. I asked if they were going to bill my insurance (as their form states!) and was told by one then the other that they don't bill insurance because they are only 3 people and would not have the time to manage all that. I asked why I wasn't informed of this when I made the appointment. Blank stares from both Lisa and Nikki. Then the blame game ensued with one of them insisting she didn't book my appointment. (UGH! Really ladies?) Visibly (and understandably) upset, I stated that IF I had been informed of that, I would not have made the appointment. I was then informed th.at even if they could bill my insurance, they wouldn't be in-network, so I would have had to pay out of network rates. (For me, that would have been $52, which was stated on my card.) They also tried to tell me that X-Rays wouldn't have been covered either. (Which is an inaccurate argument; my health insurance covers X-rays.) I informed them that I would not be returning. They said, "You don't want the X-Rays?" No, no ma'am, I do not. I handed over my Health Savings Account card so they could run it for the exam fee of $100. No apology, no offer to only charge the out of network rate, no nothing else. I want to note here that there is religious reference on the office wall(s) leading me to assume that at least one of them believes in God. Hence my opening statement. It really boils down to the hypocrisy of being God-fearing and dishonest, or more precise, purposely deceptive. I left their practice and sat in the parking lot for a few moments to let the tears fall before being able to safely drive back home ... in more pain than when I arrived.
