Instead of shrugging and sending us on our way, she got on the phone with the "Lowes Powers That Be" and found a way to refund our money to us. After having 2 measurments The door was ordered and delivered the door was the wrong size On 4/29 we had a third measurement. The Lowe's team called on 4/30 and said a supervisor would call by 5/4/26 with the results. The team would call back on 5/5/26 to verify that the supervisor called. Here it is 5/6/26 and nobody has called us. When we call customer service they tell us the door was cancelled but Lowe's won't refund our money Everytime I call my team I get a different agent who cannot answer any questions but they won't refund my money THiS IS SENIOR ABUSE!!!
