I had a few simple questions, and needed a few images (panorex) completed for a surgeon out of state (I have an order from the surgeon for the imaging). Instead of finding out the answers to my questions, Brenda was extremely rude, even replying with "EXCUSE ME?" when I asked if she could have someone else check into these images/pricing. As a marketing consultant, I advise small businesses on better communication and customer service. With all of the competition out there, first impression is everything. I was appalled at Brenda's demeanor when simply calling in for an inquiry. I made a phone call to a fellow competitor (Dr. Moffett for reference), and was able to able quickly get an appointment set from their friendly staff. I will never again give my business to a business that clearly lacks poor customer service and follow-through, and will make sure that I spread the word to family and friends in the future. It doesn't matter if your quality of work is outstanding if your front staff is completely incompetent and is rude to those calling in and attempting to give you business.
