We have stayed at a few campgrounds but, not what's termed as an RV park. We were nearly 4 winter…read moremonths and loved the place. Sites were far enough apart and there were trees between them. Concrete pads nice and level. Hook ups great. No water or power issues. Great hosts. Bo and Pam do an awesome job and were helpful and accommodating. We will be back.

She asked if we wanted to drive around on our own or if we wanted a guided tour. We wanted the guided tour! She was very knowledgeable about the sites and of course the property. She also told us when the property was going to be busy and pointed out some of the better sites. We're definitely going to plan a weekend trip here in the fall.

They change the rules as they go, so your agreement is not really valid. Also they want a background check, which they don't pay for, but make YOU pay for it. And they charge a pass through fee on your electric, which they started doing with NO written notice! Not business like.... Hope this review helps them think out being more Professional!

Place is fairly run down, lots of long term visitors with lots of stuff outside. We were told which section to pick a spot at and after looking at the sites realized the grass pads were littered with rusty razor blades. So we hooked the trailer back up and are going to find a different camp site
