I asked for a copy of my taxes. This woman tried to charge me $25. I told her that was illegal. I finally got a copy and she filed a lot of deductions that are untrue. I don't know where she got this deductions.My ex-husband swears that that he didn't tell her that we own a business I don't know why she filed that we own the green hybrid car. I don't know why she filed that we donated 5k charity, and that we lost $16,000 in business loss. We don't own a business. Unprofessional. Messed up on my taxes and when i needed her to fix it never responded to my calls. Had to have irs involved and they helped me. She's good on charging you and isn't there to fix her mistakes. Also stood me up on two appointments and i called her and never told me she wasn't going to make it. Horrible Service!!! read more

Worst service ever the owner has these office close most of the time. The people helping her at the office have a very bad appearance. I have wait for 1hr for them to open during business hrs at one point I when home and came back to her office and continue close. they got no commitment to there clients or respect for them. I will highly not recommended this place to do business with. Not worth to spend your money here. She is more concerned to be open during tax season, and doesn't pay attention to the ones who have insurance service with them. They need more qualified personal. In that office not just personal with questionable background by the way they look. This was the last time I spend my money here.
