A woman was sitting at an exchange booth doing nothing while a colleague was dealing with someone else. When I approached the woman to ask about rates a third man gruffly shouted at me to wait behind the customer who was having a problem with his transaction. While I waited the gruff man and the lazy woman were doing nothing except chatting. 4) I only wanted to change USD 250. I had three 100 dollar bills. I asked for 50 dollars change. They would not oblige. Net result: don't bother with these unhelpful and rude people. In any event they are not giving a good exchange rate for your hard earned dollars.

I have never posted a negative review before, but I hope to save others this result. They sent photos that did not show the deeply incised circle caused by a bent hour hand that also removed much of the writing from the dial. When this was brought to their attention, they hid behind a 14 day inspection policy--having sent the watch while I was on a business trip in Canada. I informed them of the problems with the watch within 6 days of receiving it. Eventually, after weeks of insulting email and telephone exchanges, they offered to take it back for a 700 Euro discount "take it or leave it"--which is not permissible under German law. Now I have an expensive but damaged GMT. I urge you not to purchase from this firm--they will not stand behind their watches and use deceptive practices in marketing them
