To continue on, I kindly told her I'm new to her store and would like to get rid of some of my beautiful size 10 clothes that no longer fit - she said, "We only sell 'upscale' clothes. And with that I said, "Well, they're Ann Taylor, Lilly Pulitzer, and White House|Black Market". Without even looking at them - "They're not upscale enough for us".
