Greenlaw Electric came highly reccommended from a previous customer. However, my recent experience…read morehas been one of total fustration and complete communication and customer service failure. I've been in contact with Green Electric over the past 6 weeks for a mere a quote on an instlation of heat pumps. I've sent numerous emails, text messages, and phone messages to be almost totally ignored. On occassion, I would receive a phone call when I questioned their professiolism. Regardless of the contact method, my efforts to get a simple quote went un answered. Michelle and her brother Mike certainly provide one great dependable service, on going lip service on a continues basis when and if they respond.
