I used this company for the sale of my dental practice. A friend used them and referred me to them…read more I wish I had used someone else. When it came time to show the practice to buyers the broker had multiple personal conflicts which delayed the showings and ultimately the sale for months. The broker brought several potential prospects to the office stating they were all screened and were good potential buyers. As it turned out my buyer was not in an immediate position to buy my practice. He hadn't been properly vetted as I had been told. When it came time for the closing, the papers were taken to the bank giving control and ownership of my practice to the buyer with no money paid to me and no promissory note. I was told that the bank would wire the money in 24-48 hours and I should trust them. No one would transfer the title of their house without receiving payment. In my opinion after the financial melt down of 2008, banks are not be trusted. The DBS broker should have protected me better. Account receivables were still hanging out there but my broker stopped talking to me after she received her commission check. I had to engage my lawyer to complete the sale. I started a year in advance getting the necessary documents together so that by January of 2017 the practice would be sold. Instead it is the end of March and I am still dealing with it. I would not recommend this company for selling a dental practice. Even after writing this review the company did nothing to make my experience better. Run don't walk away from them.

This year filIng has been a complete nightmare. I submitted all my document way before tax day and my taxes are still not finished 4 months later. My first call I asked why my information was not showing in the IRS database for filing records and they mentio that my taxes were not submitted because they forgot to send my the site to pay. At this point I knew I would have to avocate for myself. The company does not follow up with the clients. Every time I called they needed a new form to be signed or needed another piece of information. They never took the proactive approach of reaching out to gather missing information. I could go on about my experience from beginning to end but to save you time and money just avoid this company all together.
