The Dr. Said "I don't know what the problem is, but we'll treat it, as if it were cellulitis." She also diagnosed him with an ear infection. I did not like the answer she gave us. So we went in this morning (Monday) to my son's regular pediatrician. We find out that he does have strep, and no cellulitis or ear infection. The prescription she wrote would not have resolved my son's issues and he would gave gotten more sick. I intend to get my 40$ copay back and plan to never go there again.

Inconvenience means nothing to them. The office person that called me was plain out and out rude on the phone. Actually accusing me of jumping ship and getting a new Doctor. Each individual focused on my well-being and knew what their duties were and when needed. The ER physician was the best and was with me immediately after I arrived. The friend that was with her when it happened drove her to the urgent care and my 20 yr old daughter met her there to help out. The PA, Tanner Frey, was apparently extremely rude to my kids. He called them "dumbasses" for being there and was insulting them for coming in to be seen. All of them were shocked and very upset. They reported everything to the front desk girl and I did as well. My oldest daughter called me crying when they left. I am still waiting to hear back from the manager. I left a message but they won't return my call.
