Our server, Natalie, took great care of us all evening and made some excellent menu recommendations. We started with the Brussel sprouts and the uni brioche. The Brussels sprouts were light, crispy, and full of flavor. The uni brioche was incredible, and it was my wife's first time trying uni. She was surprised by how much she enjoyed it. Later, we enjoyed a beautiful sashimi platter, shared a couple of specialty rolls, and finished with the strawberry shortcake for dessert. It's hard to pick a favorite because everything we had was fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious.
