On each job... they are very non-experienced in the work field... none of them have any kinda real experience when it comes to construction... they use chat gpt to do all there work... and they also use other contractors that look for work to do all their leg work and turn around and burn them and not pay them the. Profit from their experience... be careful using these guys.... you will end up with very low end work and end up redoing what they did in under half the time it should of lasted due to all thier guys having no experience... they are a complete joke

I received a link to submit a review for another company so it occurred to me that I should write one for Smith Construction since I was so happy with them. I even wrote "Nice work!" and a smiley face on the bill copy I sent back to them with the check. I was pleasantly surprised at the outstanding work they did. They re-insulated our garage, put up new drywall and painted it. We've had contractors that messed things up so badly that anyone else would have taken them to court or at least got their money back. I did not have high hopes but they are top notch. Amazingly, the price was even less than the other estimate we got so double yay.
