She was very understanding and knowledgeable about my complex tax issues, and had the ability to work on them during this visit. She made a few phone calls on my behalf to the IRS which required a lot of time, and was able to communicate with them with a level of expertise which I would not have been able to do on my own. I was feeling very overwhelmed with my situation prior to the visit but at ease afterwards, knowing that the tax issues I put off for several years was finally being handled professionally. The rate she charged me for her services were more than fair, and I was not required to pay the full amount up front. I am finally caught up on my income taxes and received all of my refunds that were due. The issue with my 2014 tax return is still pending with the IRS but I do not owe any money, and I am possibly due an additional refund from federal and state, which would not have been possible had I not gone to Gloria for help. I highly recommend Gloria and will continue to use her in the years to come.
