We checked in and purchased a medium bucket of balls. Balls $6 and there are 25. Cart plus round $75. You can take the cart around to the parking area by taking the high path next to the first hole but you still gotta walk through some dirt. Mats in good shape. Not sure what distance the markers are. There's a tracing capability that I didn't have time to play with. They start some folks on 1 and some on 10: we went to 10. Gorgeous hole layout. Available on 18Birdies to get an idea of where the hazards are. Course in great condition overall. The rough was rough with a lot of heaped up chipped grass and difficult to find your ball if you ended up there. Had a great round. Rained on us about 3/4 way through. Lightning etc so we took cover shortly but it passed after 30 min. Carts are basic- no speaker. No gps. No towels or tees included. The pro shop has one bathroom. Otherwise the usual offerings of clothes etc. The restaurant i heard is good, as well as the food truck. We didn't stay to eat. Cart service available throughout our day. I got four shots and a double Bloody Mary plus 20% tip and it was $55.20, not bad. She came around four times during our round. Good variety of beverages. Parking is plentiful and all spaces are safe from fly balls. Pro tip: Hole one is next to the range and there are a TON of range balls along the right rough. So I'd recommend not to hit it over there or to use a colored/distinct ball. The range balls are white. Also- they say a women's restroom is going to be built on the course along the back nine: but for now, there is only one on hole 5. It was clean. So be sure to use the pro shop restroom when you make the turn. Check this place out. A lot of fun. In great shape.

Played on 7/18/21…read more Not sure what happened to this golf course. Used to be one of my favorites, now as you can see they have gone downhill. There are no fairways or bunkers (as you can see in the photos), and forget about the greens. Thought $20 was a deal for this course, although they should have paid me $20 to play. We threw in the towel after 9 holes. Worst course I've EVER played and we will not be returning back. Would not recommend to anyone. Be warned.

Stop in the pro shop to get great customer service, a snack and a drink (or two). We started going to swiss fairways because they were so close to us, but now we prefer them over other nearby courses. John provides great customer service and wants everyone to have a good time. Me and my husband's tee time was 0934, we were paired with another couple and spent 7 minutes on the first hole (with 4 golfers) to be told by the ranger that we "needed to speed it up" and just "throw the ball onto the green" after each of us hitting twice. Unfortunately for them, they were backed up with 10 carts full of people waiting to tee off, as you're able to book tee times EVERY TWO minutes at this course, haha. After asking for a refund and explaining the rude encounter with the ranger to the pro golf manager, he laughed and told my husband to get out of the club.

The course was wide open with cart path rules near tee box and greens. The low cost to play was justified based on the overall shape of the course. We had an enjoyable round. Young attendant at the pro shop didn't provide much information as to location of first hole etc. Fairways were in good shape, greens were being aerated so we didn't expect them to be easy (had to find that out by ourselves- pro shop didn't tell us), tee boxes on back nine were horrible! Overall while a nice and challenging course not one I'd go out of my way to go play again. Perhaps that's why it was only $50 pp to play.

Faulty reservation system and no refund policy. Spent too much time trying to book this place…read more The automated system they use to book is faulty, by thier own admission(I have the emails). My booking was cancelled twice so I finally called and got a person. I then called 7 days out to cancel booking due to our granddaughters birth. The answering service picked up and said I needed to cancel via email because no manager was available on the weekend. So today I got a response from them stating they have a non refund policy. So there you are. I feel this is very deceptive amd un businesslike.
